Before the match takes place, Sandow and Rhodes say that by the end of the night, they will be able to say “We are the Tag Team Champions!”, but although the match sees Team Rhodes Scholars get the victory, it is as a result of a disqualification and thus they don’t win the titles, due to Kane attacking both men and ignoring the referee’s calls to back off, resulting in the referee calling for the bell.
After Josh Mathews interviews The Miz about his upcoming match, and a video recapping the match between Kofi Kingston and The Miz two weeks ago on Main Event, The Miz goes against Kofi Kingston for the Intercontinental Championship in a match which sees Kingston get the victory and retain his title, when he hits The Miz with Trouble In Paradise for the 3-count.

After Josh Mathews interviews The Big Show about being the new World Heavyweight Champion, Matt Striker informs us that we’ll be kept updated on Sheamus’ condition as Sheamus’ is tended to in the background, and a video recapping the events that led to the upcoming match, CM Punk is pitted against Ryback for the World Heavyweight Championship in a Hell In A Cell match.
The match sees Punk get the victory and retain his title, when Ryback’s attempt to hit Punk with a Shell Shock is interrupted by the referee hitting him with a low blow, which Punk takes advantage of by rolling up Ryback for a quick 3-count.
Afterwards, Punk and the referee quickly call for the cell door to be opened, but the referee on the outside apparently drops the key, as it is not opened as speedily as they would like, resulting in Ryback recovering and taking out his anger over what has just happened on the referee and Punk.
After Ryback throws the referee into the cell wall, he quickly goes after CM Punk now that the door is finally open. His attempt to whip Punk into the cell wall fails however, as Punk starts scaling it, prompting Ryback to follow him to the top.
Ryback hits Punk with a Shell Shock on the top of the cell, and he stands tall over the downed Punk as Hell In A Cell goes off the air.
