Welterweight bout: Thiago Alves vs. Josh Koscheck

Winner: Thiago Alves. Unanimous Decision.

This was a great fight. Alves hit Koscheck with a left hook eary in the first round on knocked him and I thought Koscheck was out, but fair play to Koscheck who got back up and got stright back into the fight. Alves hit some nasty leg kicks in round 2 but Koscheck did well and held his own. Alves knocked Koscheck AGAIN in round 3 and once again Koscheck got back up but looked rocked. Alves looked great and won all 3 rounds but he did not have an easy win, Josh Koscheck showed great heart in this fight and after taken two knock down punchs and some nasty leg kicks he stayed in it till the end and a few sec. more!
