The Ultimate Fighter series seven, Team Rampage Vs. Team Forrest, once the again delivers asesome fight action coupled with all intrigue of reality TV setting. This season however ther’s a twist, instead of only 16 fighters, 32 fighters are selected to battle it out in the first two episodes to determine who continues on to live in and train the The Ultimate Fighter house.

As always, the selected fighters are divided into two teams and this season are coached by Light Heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson or The Ultimate Fighter series one winner, Forrest Griffin. The 16 prospective middleweight mixed martial arts fighters live and train together in seclusion before squaring up for a dramatic elimination torumament.

The finale offers the chance of a liftime, to win a six-figure contract and join the UFC’s elite fighters. With the pressure on from day one, tensions inevitably reach breaking point as focus and discipline are swept aside. Though decisions have to be made and the maturity of one finalist is called into question, as temptations of Sin City prove too much in the quest to become the next Ultimate Fighter.

DVD special features include finalist profiles, cast interviews, and some funny deleted scenes.

Overall this is a good series of The Ultimate Fighter with one of the biggest shocks at the end of the series. The extras are the same as the past Ultimate Fighters but this season has some of the funniest deleted scenes ever. Out of all The Ultimate Fighter seasons I still think season 1 and 3 are the best of the lot but The Ultimate Fighter series 7 is a must have for any fan of the Ultimate Fighter reality TV series.
