Former WCW & WWE star Shane Helms has announced his signing with Lucha Libre USA. Helms had teased the signing on YouTube leading to speculation that he may follow Matt Hardy to TNA. Helms was last seen working for World Wrestling Entertainment on a regular basis as “The Hurricane” in early 2010. It’s currently unknown when he is to debut.
