WWE today announced in a press release that former WWE Champion “Stone Cold” Steve Austin will be hosting Tough Enough when it is resurrected later this year. Austin, when asked about the program was quoted as saying:

I am very excited about the opportunity to work with my old friends at WWE on ‘WWE Tough Enough.’ Sports-entertainment has always been an important part of my life, and I look forward to finding the next generation of WWE Superstar.

Tough Enough debuts April 4th (The night after Wrestlemania 27) on USA Network, following Monday Night Raw.
