WWE Revives WCW.com

by Firefly on 29th March 2011

To celebrate WrestleMania XXVII being in Atlanta, Georgia – the home of WCW for many years until World Wrestling Entertainment purchased them ten years ago – WCW.com has been revived (partly anyway, as it now redirects to WWE.com/WCW) with a number of features. This includes Chavo Guerrero commenting on his thoughts of being the last active competitor who has never left the WWE since the WCW purchase, and photo features of various WCW competitors including Sting.

An interesting WCW-related note is that according to Joey Styles’ tweet, before the sale of WCW to Eric Bischoff and Brian Bedol fell through, Styles had been chosen by them to be the new voice of WCW Nitro.
