WWE Signs IWF’s Flex Freeman, IWF’s Kevin Knight To Retire, IWF’s Final Show
IWF (Independent Wrestling Federation) have announced that “Real Deal” Flex Freeman has signed a WWE contract and will start at the WWE’s development federation, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), in November.
Kevin Knight has also announced his retirement from professional wrestling and the final IWF show to take place in October (with details to come later this week) including his final match which will be against Flex Freeman.
In a statement on the official IWF website, he says that his final goal in the wrestling business was to make sure that Freeman got signed by the WWE, and now that has officially happened, he has nothing left to accomplish.
Congratulations to Flex Freeman on the WWE deal, and good luck to Kevin Knight on the future after wrestling, as well as thank you to him and the IWF for the contributions to the wrestling business.
Update: IWF have now revealed that their final three shows will be on October 15th, October 22nd, and October 29th.
