The 12th December 2011 3-hour “Slammy Awards” episode of Monday Night Raw starts with a video hyping the Slammy Awards, followed by Booker T making his way out onto the stage to present the “Tell Me I Did Not Just See That!” award with Hornswoggle, and the winner of the award is revealed to be “Good Ol’ J.R” Jim Ross for his dancing.

Michael Cole cuts J.R’s acceptance speech short by entering the ring and complaining about it, causing Booker T to defend Ross and issue a rap challenge that he believes that Ross would be able to win too.

Though both raps were bad and J.R’s was the worst one of the two, the fans still voted for Jim Ross to win this challenge too, and he celebrated with Booker T and Hornswoggle by being talked into attempting a Spinaroonie.

Next, Mick Foley and “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase present the “Holy %&@*#! Move Of The Year” award, with the winner being revealed as The Big Show and Mark Henry for the Superplex that made the ring collapse at Vengeance (click here for our Vengeance report).

The Big Show accepts the award and says that he’s not visually spectacular, so he’s going to head to the ring to be visually spectacular there instead. Before the match takes place, Barrett talks about his match with Randy Orton at the TLC Pay-Per-View will involve him giving Orton the beating he deserves, and addressing The Big Show, he tells him that he better hope that he doesn’t become the new World Heavyweight Champion, otherwise the “Barrett Barrage” will be coming for him next.

The chair does not get used however, as Show manages to punch it out of Barrett’s grasp, and follows it up by pushing Barrett over the ropes and out of the ring with one hand.

The “Divalicious Moment Of The Year” Slammy Award is presented by former WWE Women’s Champion Lita, and the recipient is revealed to be Kelly Kelly. Beth Phoenix (accompanied by Natalya) interrupts Kelly’s acceptance and snatches her award from her, only to get a slap and have the Slammy Award snatched back.

Next up, Santino Marella and The Bella Twins present the “OMG” Slammy Award, with the recipient being revealed as Triple H for his Tombstone Piledriver to The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXVII (27).

Triple H is present to accept his award, but he instead heads straight to the ring with a sledgehammer in his hand. He says that the “OMG” moment was not the Tombstone Piledriver, but instead when the match was over and The Undertaker was unable to leave the ring under his own power (click here for our WrestleMania XXVII report).

Turning his attention to Kevin Nash, he rolls the footage of Nash’s attack on him two months ago, before suggesting that he should have finished the job as he is now back. Triple H says that on Sunday at TLC, he will grab the sledgehammer from above the ladder and use it on Kevin Nash again and again, and in doing so, all the lies and deception will be done, as he will show the world that he is right and Kevin Nash is “done”.

David Otunga and Tony Atlas present the “Trending Star OF The Year” Slammy Award, with the four nominees competing in a Fatal Four-Way match before the result is revealed, as regardless of who wins the match, the first to be trending on Twitter will be declared the winner of the award.

The Fatal Four-Way match pits Daniel Bryan, Zack Ryder, Cody Rhodes, and Dolph Ziggler (accompanied by Vickie Guerrero) against each other, and sees Ziggler get the victory, when Ziggler hits Bryan with the Zig-Zag for the 3-count.

Afterwards, Jerry “The King” Lawler enters the ring and reveals that the winner of the Slammy Award is Zack Ryder, but Ryder does not have much time to celebrate as Ziggler quickly hits Ryder with a Zig-Zag and then celebrates with Ryder’s award.

Now, Christian presents the “Game Changer Of The Year” Slammy Award, with the winners being revealed as The Rock and John Cena for their WrestleMania XXVIII (28) challenge. John Cena accepts the award and apologises for “Team Bring It” not bringing it, but says that it doesn’t make the “game changing moment” anything less, and says that the real game changing moment will be at WrestleMania XXVIII (28), and that it will be the biggest event in the history of the WWE.

After a video recapping the contract signing for the Triple Threat TLC match for the WWE Championship at TLC from last week, Alberto Del Rio and The Miz go against Randy Orton and The Miz in a tag team match which sees Orton get taken out behind the referee’s back by Wade Barrett, and The Miz get the victory for his team when he counters the GTS and hits CM Punk with the Skull-Crushing Finale for the 3-count.

Afterwards, Randy Orton heads off through the crowd in search of Wade Barrett, but The Miz and Alberto Del Rio attack CM Punk with the aid of a ladder, and state that they are going to make sure that Punk makes it to TLC, as one of them will be taking the WWE Championship away from him, and says that Punk’s pipe bomb will blow up in his face.

After another video hyping the “resurrection” of Kane, Vickie Guerrero and Goldust present the “A-Lister Of The Year” Slammy Award, with the winner being revealed as Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who thanks her fans and everyone else via a pre-recorded message and also wishes Zack Ryder luck for his match at TLC.

Next, Jinder Mahal is set to take on Sheamus in a match, but Mahal hypes himself up on his way to the ring so much that Sheamus just hits him with a Brogue Kick as soon as he enters it, and then leaves.

Rey Mysterio presents the “Superstar Of The Year” Slammy Award, and the recipient is revealed to be CM Punk. John Laurinaitis makes his way out onto the stage and accepts on behalf of CM Punk, as he says that Punk is not in a condition to be out there due to the events earlier on.

After a video recapping the match between Zack Ryder and Mark Henry last week on Raw that saw Cena interfere and help Ryder get the victory to earn his United States Championship match against Dolph Ziggler at TLC, Mark Henry is pitted against John Cena.

The match ends in an apparent no contest, when the match is interrupted and Kane makes his return wearing a welder’s mask (with his music sounding like a combination of his “Man On Fire” theme and “Out Of The Fire” theme). Henry bails out of the ring (as does the referee), but Cena isn’t so lucky as he turns around only to get chokeslammed by Kane, who then stands over the downed Cena and sets off his pyro.

Kane removes the welder’s mask to reveal another mask underneath, and he stands tall in the ring as Raw goes off the air.
