CZW: Tangled Web V (iPPV), Mickie James Headed To Pro Wrestling Elite

This Saturday (11th August), Combat Zone Wrestling presents their Tangled Web V event at The Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, NJ, USA, with a Pre-Show at 7.30pm on UStream.TV and the event airing live on iPPV at 8pm on HybridEnt.tv.

Core is set to face Ryan Slater in the Pre-Show, and matches currently announced to take place on the iPPV are as follows: DJ Hyde (CZW Owner) taking on Matt Tremont, BLK Jeez being pitted against Greg Excellent, and MASADA going against Joker for the CZW Heavyweight Championship.

More matches currently announced to take place are Alex Colon taking on AR Fox for the World Junior Heavyweight Championship, 4Loco (Azrieal & Bandido, Jr.) being pitted against Nation Of Intoxication’s Lucky 13 and Devon Moore for the CZW Tag Team Championship, and Rich Swann going against Shane Strickland.

Update: Two more matches have been added, namely a Pre-Show match with Rory Mondo and Latin Dragon taking on Alexander James and Mr. Tofiga of the Gulak Campaign For A Better CZW, and Sami Callihan being pitted against Ruckus.

Next month (15th & 16th September), Pro Wrestling Elite will present a double-header at Ayr Town Hall in Ayr, Scotland, UK, which will feature current TNA Knockout & former WWE Diva Mickie James, as Mickie James will face Elite‘s own Kay Lee Ray (who some may also know from Pro Wrestling: EVE) on the first night – see the video embedded below for the live reaction to the announcement.

Also announced to take place is an Eight-Man World Title Tournament, with seven participants revealed thus far, namely Noam Dar, El Ligero, Wolfgang, Andy Wild, Mikey Whiplash, Kid Fite, and TNA‘s Magnus.
